I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To ensure I can accommodate all of my valued clients and maintain a smooth operation, I have established the following No-Show and Cancellation Policy: Cancellations: I kindly request that you notify me of any cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a 50% charge of the total service cost. No-Show Policy: A No-Show occurs when a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice. For No-Show appointments, a full charge for the scheduled service will apply. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee will apply. Special Circumstances: I understand that emergencies happen, and I will consider special circumstances. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment. Deposits: A deposit may be required for services such as color correction application, bridal parties, or other extended appointments to reserve your spot.
